We add to the brewing process our unique blend of exotic spices including nutmeg, cardamom and cinnamon and condition this beer an extra month to allow all the flavors to come together, embrace each other and mellow out the 8.1% ABV! It’s a great beer that, in the true spirit of winter, is best enjoyed over good conversation and hearty entrees like our 8 oz. flank steak topped with beer-mojo sauce or meat lovers stone oven pizza – featuring sausage, pepperoni, bacon and cheddar-jack cheese over our homemade marina sauce!!
