Our expanded space includes an expanded menu – including made-to-order stone oven pizzas!
Our original “food court” back in 2007 consisted of a potato chip rack that was pinned up behind the bar with various chips from Costco on St. Thomas.
Fast forward to 2019 and we have a full kitchen (albeit small and no fryer by choice) that provides lunch and dinner for the guests of the Tap Room Brew Pub. One of the pieces of equipment we do have is a stone pizza oven that cooks up delicious pizzas to order in a hot, dry oven. The internal temperature of the oven gets up to 1200 degrees and puts a great crisp on the crust and a perfect melt on the cheese. Some of our signature pies include the BBC (named after the electrical company that helped restore power to the VI post hurricanes in 2017) which has BBQ Chicken, Tomato/Onion/Bacon Jam, Fresh Jalapeños, and is finished with a House BBQ Drizzle. We also make a Vegetarian Pizza with Homemade Marinara, Spinach, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and Grilled Peppers and Onions. Choose one of these pizzas or make your own and enjoy it with one of our hand crafted beers made at our on site brewery and you’ve got yourself a great pairing.
